At Elgin Clock Repair, both our stores offer complete repair and restoration services to mechanical clocks. We offer free estimates on repairs brought in to either store. In addition, we do in-home service on floor clocks. Our Certified Master Clockmakers are highly qualified to handle your repair needs whether you own a modern or antique clock.

We Also Offer Watch Repairs and Fitting Replacement Parts

Elgin Clock Repair offers repairs on many antique pocket watches and wrist watches. We also offer battery replacement for quartz watches, however, we do not offer major repairs on battery operated watches.


We would be happy to inspect your clock or watch to determine its age, condition, approximate value, and what options are available for repair or restoration at no charge if the item is brought in to our South Elgin or Naperville store. We also ask that you do not ship any clock or watch to us without contacting us first.

Our South Elgin store contains a well-equiped machine shop. This us to manufacture missing or damaged parts that are no longer available.

We offer in home service on floor clocks within a limited service area around our stores. General maintenance, set up, adjustments and determining the condition of your clock can be done in your home by our highly qualified service personnel. We can also advise you on how to prepare your clock for an upcoming move or arrange to move it for you if you wish (within our service area).
